We
are a retail store and an on line reseller and have a unique ability to offer
one on one service via our retail shop 6 days a week, you can email
shop@makeitandbakeit.com.au
and ask us any question before you purchase. You also can telephone us on 07 3883 3444
to talk to a staff member or simply purchase any
item from this web site.
Delivery
Delivery
charges apply on each item with a freight charge calculated depending on the
location for delivery.
Some items may not have an automatic delivery
charge added for various reasons:-
(a) No automatic delivery applies for that
item as the item can not be delivered by courier or Australian post. (We
personally can only delivery certain items such as wedding/birthday/general
cakes due to the delicateness of the item.)
(b) A specific quote needs to be supplied due
to the item in question. (Must supply email address and location address for
delivery for quote to be supplied)
(c) Items without a delivery charge still may
be delivered with a personal quote required by our office. (Email address
and location address must be supplied at time of order or query.)
If an email
address is supplied at time of purchase a reply email will be supplied
detailing expected delivery period.
Our products
are typically despatched from our warehouse between 3-5 business days from
receipt of payment.
Delivery
will be by
Australia
post or National courier service. All deliveries are carried out in business
hours. (Excluding wedding and other cakes that can be delivered 7 days a
week.)

Price and
stock status is subject to change without notice. Images supplied are to be
used as a guide only as there can be a slight change from the original
product. All information is correct to the best of our knowledge and is
supplied in good faith.
To view more information about a product
You can view
additional information on the product by clicking onto the picture supplied in
the order field. (Even if no image available you are still able to click this
area to view complete information.) Other images also may take you to the
ordering pages.
Ordering
You can
place an Order by either clicking onto the picture supplied in the order field
of every item then click the "ADD to CART" tab that will appear at the next
screen. Or you can simply click onto the first "ADD to CART" tab that is
displayed in the original order field display. When item has been chosen
simply click the "SUBMIT MY ORDER" button and complete our standard order
form. Delivery charges will be added automatically during this process. No
order is complete until you completely finish the order process.
Payments
Payment
accepted via Visa, Master Card & American Express Card, Direct deposit,
cheque, money order,
Direct
deposit details are supplied by an automatic reply email at time of purchase.
Pictures and images
All
pictures and images supplied are similar to the actual product listed and are
supplied to the best of our ability.
Our
suppliers may alter products shape and design without notice.
Prices supplied
All prices
quoted include GST and do not include Freight. (Delivery
charges will be added automatically during this process.)

Return authority
Before any
item is returned a RA number must be obtained from our store.
Send an email to
shop@makeitandbakeit.com.au
stating RETURN OF PURCHASE in the subject line, you must supply your order
number
and the item/s you wish to return: Also you must list if the item has been
opened, if DOA or if faulty.
You must
notify us of your intention to return the item/s within 10 days of us
dispatching your original order.
The returned
item/s are to be received by us within 7 days of us providing you with an RA
authority.
The item/s
are returned to us in 'as new' condition with all internal and external
packaging, accessories, labels and manuals complete and intact.
The item/s
are NOT opened for technical assistance, used, worn or damaged, and are in
100% re-saleable condition when we receive them back.
The item is
securely packed for return postage or courier delivered to ensure that the
item and packaging is received back by us in original and re-saleable
condition.
That you DO
NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only
write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
Delivery cost the responsibility of the
purchaser.
