Bakers Flour Rye

This high fiber flour lends natural sweetness to all your baking. A quick tip: Don't sift barley flour or you will lose important nutrients. This is ground from pearled-hulled barley kernels, bolted into a flour. Traditionally a lower gluten flour, use for muffins and lend flavor to your favorite bread mixtures, but only substitute 1/2 cup to your favorite pre-existing recipes. Use barley flour in soups, stews, gravies, and sauces as a flavorful and nutritious thickener.
